Thank you for choosing The Career Activist Academy. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing. By purchasing and accessing the Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Company Information

These Terms apply to all services provided by Career Activist Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) under The Career Activist Academy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

2. Academy Overview

The Career Activist Academy is designed to support your career development through training, coaching, and resources. We confirm that the Academy has been prepared with reasonable care and skill.

However: 

  • We make no guarantees of specific results, including career progression, promotion, salary increases, or financial outcomes
  • Your results will depend on your individual circumstances, effort, and application
3. Nature of Coaching

The Academy includes coaching elements, including group coaching sessions.

Coaching is:

  • A collaborative and forward-focused process
  • Designed to support personal and professional development

Coaching is not:

  • Therapy
  • Medical, psychological, or legal advice
  • A substitute for professional treatment or support

You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results
  • You should seek appropriate professional advice where required
4. Client Responsibilities

By participating in the Academy, you agree to:

  • Take full responsibility for your participation and outcomes
  • Engage honestly and be open to feedback
  • Commit the time and energy required to participate fully

You acknowledge that:

  • Implementation of any strategies or advice is your responsibility
  • Results are not guaranteed and depend on your actions
5. Academy Content

The Academy may include (but is not limited to):

  • Training modules
  • Coaching sessions
  • Resource libraries and toolkits
  • Group community access
  • Bonus content

We reserve the right to update or modify Academy content at any time to improve the experience.

6. Payment Terms

Payment options may include:

  • One-time payment
  • Instalment plans

By selecting an instalment plan, you agree to:

  • Provide valid payment details
  • Complete all scheduled payments in full

If a payment fails or is missed:

  • We reserve the right to suspend access to the Academy
  • The full remaining balance may become immediately due
7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the Academy as a digital program with immediate access to content, all payments are non-refundable. By purchasing the Academy, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You will receive immediate access to digital content
  • You expressly consent to this access being provided immediately
  • You waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel under EU consumer law
8. Termination

You may discontinue participation in the Academy at any time. However, this does not entitle you to a refund. We reserve the right to terminate your access without refund if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • Your behaviour is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or disruptive
9. Community Guidelines

You agree to:

  • Treat all members with respect and professionalism
  • Maintain confidentiality of discussions within the community

We are not responsible for:

  • The actions or behaviour of other participants

We reserve the right to remove any participant who breaches these guidelines.

10. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not disclose your personal information without your consent, except where required by law. 

Please note:

  • Coaching is not a legally privileged relationship
  • Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm

You agree to:

  • Respect the confidentiality of other participants within the Academy
11. Data Protection & Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. 

12. Intellectual Property

All materials provided within the Academy remain the intellectual property of Career Activist Limited. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Share login details
  • Distribute, reproduce, or resell any content
  • Provide access to third parties

Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of access.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
  • We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from your use of the Academy
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the program
14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
